He's virtually an institution at Nebraska. You can talk about all the so-called skill positions, Head Coach Bo Pelini would be among the first to tell you that kickers are pretty important, too. And for the Huskers, Alex Henery has been their record setter, game winner and butt saver on more occasions than most can remember. If there is a true iceman, Alex Henery is it.
