On Thursday, Nebraska
will give the ball to sophomore Aaron Bummer
against the Ohio State
Bummer is 2-1 in his last three starts, giving up only seven hits in his last 14 innings of play.
In his one game against the Buckeyes earlier this season, Bummer went five innings, allowing no runs and four hits in the no-decision.
He will facing off against fifth-year senior Bill Goldberg, who is 0-1 in his last three outings.
Against the Huskers and Bummer earlier this season, Goldberg was tagged for four runs on seven hits over 4.2 innings.
