The offer list for Nebraska running back commitment Kendall Bussey continues to grow. On Tuesday, the soon to be senior tweeted his newest scholarship nod. Blessed to have just received an offer from %%MATCH_13%% University??#RedRaiders #GunsUp— Kendall Bussey™ (@KBJ_5) June 24, 2014 Recently Big Red Report highlighted the running back "wish list" for Nebraska. If you missed it, you can CLICK HERE. Nebraska commit selected for Semper-Fi All-American game: BRR has learned that Nebraska 2015 commit Eric Lee has been invited to play in the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl. At this point, we don't know for sure if he will play in the contest or be featured in another All-American/All-Star game. Over the years many Nebraska prospects/commitments have played in the game, including: former DE Avery Moss, former LB Jared Aflava, WR Jordan Westerkamp, OL Nick Gates, OL D.J. Foster, QB Zack Darlington, and DE Greg McMullen to name a few. Quick notes: * Former Nebraska target and 2015 visitor Alex Ofodile has informed Scout.com's Derek Young that he's committed to Oregon. The wide receiver visited in the spring, but never seemed to be considering Nebraska strongly. * After starting up so high on the list, Nebraska is on the verge of falling out of the Scout.com Top 25 recruiting rankings for the 2015 class. The departure of Spencer Tears, coupled by the fact that other teams have continued to commitments during the summer months, has pushed the Huskers down. * The Legends and Leaders divisions are no more in the Big Ten, so BTN decided to make their All-Legends offensive team. Couple Huskers make the list: RB Ameer Abdullah and OG Spencer Long. * We are about a month and a half away from readers seeing the 2014 Big Red Report Summer Preview hit their mailbox. In addition to a complete roster and game breakdown, we will be featuring senior running back Ameer Abdullah. We talked to the returning starter about how he feels he's the best running back in college football this year and his decision to return to college. Look for a preview of the article in the coming days. The Omaha World Herald's Tom Shatel writes that beer at Husker games might not be out of the question.
