Josh Brown
went 2 for 2 on field goals, helping Seattle in a 34-0 romp
over the ‘Niners. Brown also added four extra points on the day. Grant
Wistrom helped the effort, tallying 4 solo tackles on the day.
Kris Brown went 3 for 3 on field goals, a long of 49, but that last one
was the game-winning shot, propelling Houston over the Chiefs, 24-21.
Jay Foreman led the Texans in tackles on the day with 10, 8 of those
coming on his own.
Eric Warfield was 4th on the Chiefs in tackles, all four of
his tackles coming as solos. The Chiefs lost to Houston, 24-21.
John Parrella had 2 tackles, 1 solo – 1 assisted, Oakland beating Tampa
Bay, 30-20.
Ahman Green had just 67 yards rushing on only 17 carries against the
Indianapolis Colts. Ahman did add 4 receptions for 34 yards, putting him over
the century mark in total offense. That wasn’t enough as Peyton Manning led the
Colts past the Pack, 45-31.
Demorrio Williams had one tackle for the Falcons, Atlanta scraping by
Arizona, 6-3. In that game, Kyle Vanden Bosch added one assisted tackle
for Arizona in the loss.
Kyle Larson stayed busy against the Ravens, the former Husker punting the
ball a total of 5 times. Larson averaged 41.2 yards and put one of those five
punts inside of the 20 yard-line. Cincinnati lost to Baltimore, 23-9.
Dominic Raiola recovered a fumble by Detroit teammate, QB – Joey
Harrington. Detroit lost 30-13.
