Nebraska has been dipping into Texas pretty good over the past few years. Last year they went to South Texas and got David Whitmore from Port Arthur (Texas) Memorial. Memorial is a school that is good to have ties to because it seems that they produce a lot of division one talent. This year, Memorial has another cornerback that is also hearing from Nebraska.
