From newcomer to leader, junior Sydney Anderson embraces it and isn't waiting for a cue to go. She's been going since the day she stepped on campus. With such a young team so laden with newcomers Anderson has seen her role expand from one who does to one who does and does it in a way which shows others the road. And that's just how she likes it.
