Team in a good rhythm through the midweek

Carl Pelini

Nebraska went inside Memorial Stadium as they continue preparations for Arkansas State, a team which offensively will be a little different than what they saw from Florida Atlantic. The offense may vary in what it does, but as Carl Pelini talked about after practice today, it doesn't change a thing they do on defense.

Notes:

Linebacker Matt May was limited some today, which he has been all week, according to Pelini. He said that May has practiced all week, but has been limited as far as contact.

Defensive end Pierre Allen was limited some today, as well, Pelini saying that the junior defensive lineman tweaked his back lifting weights, and they are just limiting him to an extent. But he doesn't expect Allen will be even questionable for this weekend's game.

Defensive Tackle Terrence Moore has practiced all week, but Pelini said that he's not at a hundred percent right now. But the hope is that he will be come this weekend, as he will serve as the number two guy either behind Ndamukong Suh or Jared Crick, which Baker Steinkuhler serves that role as well.
