There might not be a JUCO player that has burst on the scene this year bigger than Chase Harper. The 6-foot-4 and 240-pound tight end didn't play football last year for Corsicana (Texas) Navarro Junior College last year after not qualifying, but he did play basketball. This year Harper is playing both as well as signing a division one letter of intent in February.

Co-Offensive Coordinator, Cody Crill, from Corsicana (Texas) Navarro Junior College knows that players like Chase Harper don't come around every year. He just wishes that he would have had Harper for two years. "Chase was a non-qualifier out of high school," Crill said.
