For defensive back coach things are pretty simple: It's either good or it's not. It's either a success or it isn't and there aren't big or little concerns, they are just concerns. He's got that, but Phil Elmassian has liked how his players have responded. The problem is, when it comes to the new guys, there are questions that he'd just as soon not even have to answer.
