It was a pretty good bet that some offers were going to be extended to defensive lineman in the early part of January and the first ones came today. Kevin Maurice from Orlando (Flor.) Freedom picked up an Nebraska offer and will host the Nebraska defensive coordinator in-home tomorrow.

The Nebraska staff is back out recruiting after their bowl game. Today they were out extending new offers. One of the new offers was given to Kevin Maurice from Orlando (Flor.) Freedom. "Yes sir, I picked up a Nebraska offer today," Maurice said. "It was a big deal to get their offer.
