NC State lands their first commitment for the class of 2014 with a commitment from Charlotte Christian WR Bo Hines.

Earlier this week Charlotte Christian WR Bo Hines named Nebraska and NC State as co-leaders for his commitment. On Tuesday evening that tie was broken when Hines committed to the Wolfpack and became NC State's first class of 2014. At 6-1, 190 pounds, Hines has good size and tremendous speed.
