Nebraska offers Phillips

Harrison Phillips got the in-state offer he's been looking for.

After camping with Nebraska and picking up offers from Stanford and UCLA, Millard West defensive lineman Harrison Phillips had more good news on Monday night.

Phillips is the fourth in-state player Nebraska has offered in the 2014 class.

Rated the nation's No. 99 defensive end by FOX Sports NEXT, Phillips worked as a defensive end, defensive tackle, center, guard, and offensive tackle at Nebraska's camp earlier this month.

"Coach Pelini said he wants me to play for him and doesn't know entirely where yet," said Phillips, who told Big Red Report in a separate text the offer is for DE/TE. "I don't know what's next. My head is spinning."
